Candidates and Flex workers
Martho is an international employment agency who processes personal data that are necessary for the business operations. As an employment agency, we connect our candidates and flex workers with our relations and we necessarily need personal data for this.
When registering as a candidate at Martho we process the following data: name and address data, contact details, date of birth, age, gender, curriculum vitae with education and work experience, references and passport photo (on a voluntary basis). To promote job placement we can share your curriculum vitae with potential clients.
If you enter into service at Martho, we also process the following data: citizen service number, nationality, proof of identity, work permit, data on payroll administration, data on absence administration.
Martho processes a number of personal data of those involved for the execution of the assignment agreement. This makes it possible to provide information about our services.
For this service we process the following personal data of our relations: name and contact details.
Martho will ask you permission via an opt-in before your data is used for our mailing lists by our Marketing department. If this option is used, we will consider your registration voluntary and correct. Unsubscribing is possible at any time through the option in the newsletter.
